About TWAIN Driver and File Downloader ● About TWAIN Driver and File Downloader Overview The TWAIN Driver and File Downloader allow you to retrieve e-Filing documents that are stored in the MFP and load them to your computer via the TCP/IP network. When your model does not support File Downloader, using the TWAIN Driver allows you to retrieve documents stored in this equipment to your computer via the TCP/IP network. The TWAIN Driver can be used with other TWAIN-compliant applications, and can retrieve documents from e-Filing and load them to your application as images. File Downloader works as an application to import and save the e-Filing documents to your local hard disk or a folder shared with other network users. To run the TWAIN Driver/File Downloader, refer to the Help menu of each software. System requirements The TWAIN Driver and File Downloader require the following environment: OS Windows XP Service Pack 3 Windows Vista Service Pack 2 Windows 7 (Service Pack1 recommended) Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 Note The TWAIN driver and File Downloader are not supported by 64-bit editions of the operating systems listed above.
