Limited Warranty Okidata, division of Oki America, Inc. (Okidata) warrants this printer to be free from defect in material and workmanship and will remedy any such defect according to the terms of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only. This Limited Warranty does not extend to network setup, application conflicts, or consumable items, including but not limited to ribbons, fuses, etc. Okidata will repair (or at its option, replace) at no charge, any defective component(s) of the printer for one (1) year from the data of purchase. This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only. On-Site Repair On-Site repair is available in the United States and Canada only. Okidata will, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, repair (or replace at its option) on-site at the original purchaser's facility within a 50 mile radius of an Authorized Service Center and without charge, any defective component(s) of the Pacemark 4410, provided that this warranty service is performed by an authorized Okidata service center or authorized third-party service organization.
