1. Introduction Memory Cards That Can Be Used You can use the following memory cards with this camera. • SD memory card, SDHC memory card, and SDXC memory card are referred to by the generic name of card in this document. SD memory card / SDHC memory card / SDXC memory card (Maximum 512 GB) The camera supports SDHC/SDXC memory cards compliant with UHS Speed Class 3 of the UHS-I standard. When using the following functions, use cards that have the correct SD Speed Class, UHS Speed Class and Video Speed Class. • Speed classes are standards to guarantee the minimum speed necessary for continuous writing. Function [Rec Quality] Speed Class Example of indication Video recording [4K PHOTO]/ [Post Focus] [FHD]/[HD] [4K] - Class 4 or higher UHS Speed Class 3 Video Speed Class 30 or higher • You can prevent the writing and deleting of data by setting the write-protect switch on the card to "LOCK". • The data stored on a card may be damaged due to electromagnetic waves, static electricity or a failure of the camera or card.
