For the flash settings that can be selected, refer to P49. • When the flash mode of the dedicated flash is set to [TTL AUTO] or [AUTO], the flash output can be adjusted by the camera. Set the extra flash to [AUTO] and set the same value as the settings on the camera. - We recommend setting to [PRESET] for normal use. • [MANUAL] - You can set the aperture value, the shutter speed and the ISO sensitivity on the camera even when attaching the external flash. - Set to the Aperture-priority AE mode or the Manual exposure mode on the camera and then set the same aperture value and ISO sensitivity on the external flash. (The exposure cannot be compensated adequately due to the change on the aperture value in the shutter-priority AE mode and the external flash cannot control the light adequately in AE mode because the aperture value cannot be fixed.) - It is necessary to set the exposure on the external flash.
