Recommended ambient temperature for operation is 5 - 35 °C (41 - 95 °F). The shaver may stop functioning when out of recommended ambient temperature range. The battery has reached the end of its life. If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized by Panasonic for repair. 21
