C 3.2 Telephone Features Conditions • If the destination extension does not answer the call within a pre-determined time (default: 30 seconds), "Transfer Recall" occurs. • If there is no answer within thirty minutes after "Transfer Recall" starts, the line will be disconnected. • When the dialed extension is busy, you may access the extension by dialing "1" (Busy Station Signaling) or "2" (Executive Busy Override) and going on-hook. PT • If you want to return to the held call, press the TRANSFER button or corresponding CO or INTERCOM button before the destination extension answers. PT • When "Transfer Recall" occurs, the display will show the following: RCL: Ext 101 PT • A Flexible CO button can be assigned as a DSS button. PT • To use "One-Touch Transfer", System Programming is required. SLT • If you want to return to the held call, flash the hookswitch before the destination extension answers. SLT • If "Hold-3" is assigned in System Programming, you must dial "20" after flashing the hookswitch.
