When you transfer an outside call to the designated extension; - If the extension has set the "Call forwarding" function whose destination is Voice Mail; The call will be forwarded to Voice Mail. - If the extension has not set the "Call forwarding" function; The call will return to you. You can then transfer the call to Voice Mail by simply following the operation below.
