Operation How to Use the Shelf When Microwaving 1. The shelf must be positioned on Shelf Supports securely to prevent damage to the oven from arcing. 2. DO NOT use a microwave browning dish on the shelf. The shelf and dish could overheat. 3. DO NOT use the oven with the shelf on the microwave floor. This could damage the microwave. 4. Use pot holders when handling the shelf-it may be hot. For best cooking results 1-Level cooking Food microwaves best when placed onto the turntable, with turntable on (rotating). (Turntable On) For best results Caution: Do not heat liquids on shelf, use the turntable for heating liquids. Also be careful when removing hot items from the shelf or turntable. When a large dish or more than one dish is used for cooking, the turntable can be turned off. For best results, rotate large dish and interchange multiple dishes, halfway through cooking cycle. (Turntable Off) Rotate dish halfway through cooking Placement of the Roller Ring Before using the microwave oven, be sure the Roller Ring is properly installed. Incorrect installation can result in improper cooking, damage to the oven or spillage of food. The Roller Ring must be located on the surface between the raised rib and raised floor. Raised Rib Raised Floor Roller Ring (Turntable Off) Interchange dishes halfway through cooking For best cooking results, remove the shelf unless you are reheating on more than one level. 2-Level cooking 1.
