Lightly wipe the surface of the lens with a soft, dry cloth before and after recording. 0 When the lens is not in use, be sure to attach the lens cap and lens rear cap to prevent dust and other particles from accumulating on or entering the lens. 0 To protect the lens contact points (A), do not do the following. These may cause malfunction. - Touch the lens contact points. - Allow the lens contact points to become dirty. - Place the lens with its mount surface facing down. ∫ Dust and splash resistant 0 The dust and splash resistant of the camera will not prevent the entry of dust or water droplets completely. Take the following precautions to provide satisfactory dust and splash resistant performance.
