FILM LOADING AND WINDING Avoid direct light when loading your film. 'Ninerim-s-11 c.) 1. Open the camera back by pulling up the rewind knob until the back opens. 2. Place the film cartridge in the film chamber, and push down the rewind knob. Insert the film leader in between any of the white pins surrounding the film take-up spool. 3. Advance the film by alternately advancing the rapid-wind lever and depressing the shutter button until both top and bottom sprockets engage the ■ film perforations. Close the back by pressing it firmly. Note: Both steps 3 and 4 should be carried out with the shutter dial set to "100X" in order to eliminate needless electrical consumption. After the exposure counter indicates "1" (step 4), return the shutter dial to "AUTO". 4. Advance the rapid-wind lever, and confirm that the film rewind knob turns counterclockwise, indicating that the film is properly loaded and is moving from the cartridge to the take-up spool. If the film is being properly advanced, the film advance indicator 0 will flicker. Trip the shutter. Advance the film until the exposure counter turns to "1", indicating that the first picture is ready to be taken. Reset the shutter dial to AUTO. 100
