Moving to another track q Press P briefly during play to go to the next track. q Press O briefly during play to return to the beginning of the current track. Press O briefly again to step back to the previous track. q To go directly to any track, enter the track number using the numerical keys (0-9). Shuffle q Press SHUFFLE during play. ➤ The order of the tracks is changed. q To return to normal play, press SHUFFLE again. Shuttle q Press JOG/PAUSE to activate the SHUTTLE knob that can be used to search forwards or backwards. q Press 2 to return to play. q Press JOG/PAUSE to deactivate the SHUTTLE knob. Repeat track/disc q To repeat the currently playing track, press REPEAT. ➤ REPEAT TRACK appears on the display. q To repeat the entire disc, press REPEAT a second time. ➤ REPEAT appears on the display. q To exit Repeat mode, press REPEAT a third time. Repeat A-B To repeat a sequence: q Press REPEAT A-B at your chosen starting point; ➤ A- appears briefly on the player display. q Press REPEAT A-B again at your chosen end point; ➤ A-B appears briefly on the display, and the sequence begins to play repeatedly. q To exit the sequence, press REPEAT A-B again. Scan Plays the first 10 seconds of each track on the disc. q Press SCAN. q To continue play at your chosen track, press SCAN again or press 2. 34 OPERATION
