Message Settings SMS Select Messages > Message settings > SMS to open the list of SMS accounts. Press C Options > Edit to edit the SMS settings. Serivce center number This menu allows you to save and edit the SMS service center number of your home network. If the service center number is empty, you will not be able to send any SMS. Validity period Allows you to select the duration by which your messages will be stored in the message center. You can select from: 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week and Maximum (default). Press to select a value. This option is useful when your recipient is not connected to the network and is not able to receive your messages immediately. This feature is subscription dependent. Delivery report You can select C On or Off. This option allows you to set whether or not to notify you the send status of your messages: successfully sent to the recipient, or not sent successfully. 44 This feature is subscription dependent. Signature You can select C On or Off (Default is Off). If set to On, the signature will be added to the end of your message before it is sent to your recipient. If the SMS is too long after adding the signature, the signature will be shortened automatically. Saved location You can select the preferred storage location of your messages: SIM card (Default) or mobile phone. MMS This menu allows you to set your MMS center and personalize your MMS settings. The options include: Profiles You can select or edit the parameters. Sender visibility You can press C Change to set this option On or Off. It is used to set if your identity will be visible when MMS is sent. Messages
