PROBLEM My caller cannot hear me clearly. Possible Cause Headset cable not plugged in correctly Mute active Remedy Check connections to your headset, Ethernet and power sockets. Ensure that the power indicator is lit solid green. Your voice is muted if the mute button indicator is lit red. Press the button to un-mute allowing your caller to hear you. MAINTENANCE Disconnect your IP40 from the Ethernet socket and/or AC/DC power adapter and clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or other cleaners.
