Measure
your
pulse,
if
desired.
To
use
the
pulse
sen-
sor,
stand
on
the
foot
rails
and
place
your
thumb
on
the
pulse
sensor
as
shown.
The
pulse
sensor
is

sensor.
Do
not
press
