Note: The calorie goal for each calorie workout is an estimate of the number of calories that you will burn during the workout. The actual number of calories that you burn will depend on your weight. In addition, if you manually change the speed or incline of the treadmill during the workout, the number of calories you burn will be affected. If the speed or incline setting is too high or too low at any time during the workout, you can manually override the setting by pressing the speed or incline buttons; however, when the next segment of the workout begins, the treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed and incline settings for the next segment. To stop the workout at any time, press the Stop button. To restart the workout, press the Start button or the Speed increase button. The walking belt will begin to move at 2 Km/H. When the next segment of the workout begins, the treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed and incline settings for the next segment. HOW TO USE THE IFIT TRAINING MODE The optional iFit Live module allows your treadmill to communicate with your wireless network and unlocks exciting new features. For example, you can download personalized workouts and track and analyze your workout results on the iFit Live website.
