13. Attach the Assist Arm Tether (34) to the Backrest 13 Support (8) and the Assist Arm (9) with two M8 x 25mm Shoulder Bolts (44). Slide two 15-pound Resistance Bands (33) onto the indicated tubes on the sides of the Backrest Support (8) and the Assist Arm (9).
