Orient the Latch Assembly 53 as shown. Attach, start both Screws, and then, tighten them.

18. Orient the Latch Assembly (53) as shown. Attach the Latch Assembly to the Left Upright (89) with 18 two 1/4" x 4 1/2" Screws (6) and two 1/4" Star Washers (3); start both Screws, and then tighten them. 6 3 53 89 19. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the treadmill. If there are sheets of plastic on the treadmill decals, remove the plastic. To protect the floor or carpet, place a mat under the treadmill. To avoid damage to the console, keep the treadmill out of direct sunlight. Keep the included hex keys in a secure place; one of the hex keys is used to adjust the walking belt (see pages 30 and 31). Note: Extra parts may be included. 18
