OPERATION WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with this product to make you careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict serious injury. WARNING: Always remove the battery pack from the product and disconnect from the power supply when you are assembling parts, cleaning, or when not in use. Removing battery pack or unplugging extension cord will prevent accidental starting that could cause serious personal injury. NOTICE: Always refer to the manual for any device recommended for use as an attachment or accessory. Proper use of any device, when attached to the product, is the sole responsibility of the operator. Improper use may damage the device or the product. WARNING: This product is capable of producing sound levels that can be dangerous to long-term hearing. Listening to music at high volume for any period of time can cause noise-induced hearing loss. The higher the volume, the less time required before your hearing could be affected. APPLICATIONS You may use this product for the following purposes:  Connecting to MP3 players or other audio devices  Listening to FM radio  Connecting with other SKAA® devices INSTALLING/REMOVING BATTERY PACK See Figure 1, page 13. NOTE: Always remove the AC power adaptor when installing the battery pack. To install battery pack:  Place the battery pack in the product, aligning the rib on the battery pack with the groove in the battery port.  Make sure the latches on the battery pack snap into place and the battery pack is secured to the product before beginning operation. To remove battery pack:  Depress the latches on both sides to release the battery pack. . NOTE: Always remove battery pack when not in use. Leaving the battery pack connected for long periods of time may drain the battery pack. For complete charging instructions, see the operator's manuals for your battery pack and charger. INSTALLING/REMOVING AC ADAPTOR See Figure 1, page 13. NOTE: The AC adaptor and battery pack cannot be installed onto the speaker or used at the same time.  Turn the product off.  Remove the battery pack.  Insert the barrel plug of the power cord into the product as shown.  Connect the other end of the power cord to the AC outlet.  Make sure the power cord is secured before beginning operation, and the speaker is placed in a location that will prevent tripping over the cord or pulling the cord loose from the speaker or the outlet. TURNING THE SPEAKER ON/OFF See Figure 2, page 13.  Press the GEAR/POWER button for a half second to turn the product on.  Press and hold the GEAR/POWER button for two seconds to turn the product off. NOTE: Pressing the GEAR/POWER button also rotates through the modes. Score™ PRIMARY SPEAKER (P760) The Score™ Primary Speaker provides wireless connectivity to most audio-capable mobile devices, MP3 players, etc., via Bluetooth® wireless technology. The Primary speaker can also wirelessly connect up to four additional Score™ speakers via SKAA® technology. For more details, visit www.skaa.com. The following instructions are specific to the Score™ Primary speaker. Instructions for the Secondary Speaker are described later in this manual. NOTE: P761 Secondary Speakers do not operate independently of the Primary Speaker. You must first set up the Primary speaker and then connect Secondary speakers. The Primary Speaker may be used as a Secondary speaker, but only when there is another Primary Speaker set up to connect to the audio source. 6 - English

OPERATION
