MAINTENANCE WARNING: When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other part could create a hazard or cause product damage. GENERAL MAINTENANCE Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents and can be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. BITS Get faster and more accurate cutting results by keeping bits clean. Remove all accumulated build-up from bits after each use. Replace bits when they become dull. CAUTION: The bit flutes are sharp and should be handled with caution. COLLET From time to time, it also becomes necessary to clean the collet and collet nut. To do so, simply remove collet nut and collet from the shaft and clean the dust and chips that have collected. Then return collet nut to its original position. CAUTION:
The bit flutes are sharp and should be handled with

COLLET
From time to time, it also becomes necessary to clean the
collet and collet nut. To do so, simply remove collet nut
and collet from the shaft and clean the dust and chips that
have collected. Then return collet nut to its original position.
Tighten collet nut on collet without a bit installed.
