TTRROOUUBBLLEESSHHOOOOTTIINNGG PROBLEM Compressor will not run POSSIBLE CAUSE Battery is not charged Pressure switch bad Tank is full of air Internal overload switch is tripped SOLUTION Recharge battery pack Take compressor to service center Compressor will turn on when tank pressure drops to cut-in pressure Turn off compressor and allow unit to cool; remove and reinstall battery packs Motor hums but cannot run Shorted or open motor winding or runs slowly Defective check valve or unloader Take compressor to service center Take compressor to service center Internal overload switch trips Lack of proper ventilation/room temperature Move compressor to well-ventilated area repeatedly too high Electrical overload Turn off unit and allow to cool; remove and reinstall battery packs.
