Troubleshooting SYMPTOMS AND SOLUTIONS If these instructions do not solve your problem, contact your nearest Samsung authorized service center. Power Symptom Explanation/Solution The camcorder does not turn on. • The battery may not be installed in your camcorder. Insert the battery into the camcorder. • The inserted battery may be discharged. Charge the battery or replace it with a charged one. • If you use the AC power adaptor, make sure it is properly connected to a wall outlet. • Is "Auto Power Off" set to "5 Min"?
