The problem Try this! Unable to find a Channel The TV image does not look as good as it did in the store. The picture is distorted. The color is wrong or missing. The color is poor or the picture is not bright enough. There is a dotted line on the edge of the screen. If your TV is not connected to a cable or satellite box, run Auto Program ( Broadcasting Auto Program). Settings Store displays are all tuned to digital, HD (high definition) channels. If you have an analog cable or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable or satellite box. Use HDMI or Component cables to deliver HD (high definition) picture quality.
