Using Preset Messages Preset messages make sending text messages to your friends, family, and coworkers easier than ever. To add or edit preset messages: 1. Select Menu > Messaging > Settings > General > Preset Messages. 2. Select Options (U RS ) and select Add New. - or - Highlight an existing message you wish to edit and select Edit ( LS ). (The phone then deactivates the Main LCD, switches over, and activates the phone.) 3. Enter your new message or make changes using the phone's keypad and press MENU OK or Done ( ).
