USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN USING THE SPEED COOK BUTTON The Speed Cook menu contains pre-set cooking programs for 43 different items. 1. Place the food on the tray or the rack. (See Accessory Usage on page 20) 2. Press the Speed Cook button. 3. Dial the category, and then press the Select button. 4. Dial the food you want to cook, and then press the Select button. (For the items that you do not need to set the amount for, press Start.) 5. Dial the amount of food, and then press the Start button. Turn over the E FRESH (1 serving = 3 Links) links when the microwave beeps and restart the microwave. SAUSAGE 2 servings Place the sausage links on the 4 LINKS, 4 servings ceramic enamel tray, then place the E FROZEN (1 serving = 3 Links) tray on the high rack. 1. BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 2 servings (4 patties) Place the sausage patties on the 5 PATTIES, 4 servings (8 patties) ceramic enamel tray, then place the E FROZEN (1 serving = 2 Patties) tray on the high rack. Place the sausage patties on the 6 SAUSAGE PATTIES, FRESH 2 servings (2 patties) 4 servings (4 patties) (1 serving = 1 Patties) ceramic enamel tray, then place the tray on the high rack. When the microwave beeps, turn over the sausage patties and restart the E microwave. Place the toaster item on the high 7 TOASTER ITEMS 2 servings rack, then place the rack on the 4 servings ceramic enamel tray. Turn over the (1 serving = 1 Toast) items when the microwave beeps F and restart the microwave. Place the waffles on the low rack, 8 WAFFLES, FROZEN 2 servings 3 servings (1 serving= 2 Waffles) then place the rack on the ceramic enamel tray.
