Or check whether the sealing tape of the toner cartridge is removed or not (see "Replacing the toner cartridge" on page 126). • If the problem persists, call for service. Install a Samsung-genuine toner cartridge designed for your machine (see "Check the type of the toner cartridge for your machine (see "Supplies and accessories" on page 160)." on page 126). Install the toner cartridge. If it is already installed, try to reinstall the toner cartridge. If the problem persists, call for service. Open and close the dual capacity feeder, or check the dual capacity feeder connection with the machine. If the problem persists, call for service. Open and close the tray.
