Vibration Feedback When set to On, Vibration Feedback causes your phone to vibrate as well as play a tone when you press a key, button, or field on the phone to assure you that your screen press is recognized. 1. From the Settings menu, select Phone Settings ➔ Vibration Feedback.The following options appear in the display: • Activation - On - Enables vibration feedback. - Off - Disables vibration feedback. • Vibration intensity - Push and slide left and right (1 - 5). 2. Select the desired Vibration Feedback settings and press the Save soft key to save your selection. Auto Keypad Lock When set to On, Auto Keypad Lock feature allows you to lock your screen to prevent unintentional dialing. 121 1. From the Settings menu, select Phone Settings ➔ Auto Keypad Lock.The following options appear in the display: • On - The keypad is locked when the time set for the backlight has passed. • Off - The keypad remains active whether or not the backlight is on. 2. Select the desired setting and press the OK soft key to save your selection. 3. If the On option is selected, pressing the LOCK key ( ) activates the keypad. If the Off option is selected, the keypad is activated by pressing any key. Security Use the Security menu to lock your phone, set up emergency numbers, set restrictions, as well as other security options. Lock Phone Locking the phone limits all outgoing calls except calls to 911 emergency and the three user-programmable emergency numbers.
