Section 5 To enter a word in T9 mode: 1. When you are in T9 mode, start entering a word by pressing the 2 to 9 keys. Press each key only once for each letter. Example: To enter "Hello" in T9 mode, press the 4,3,5,5, and 6 keys. The word that you are typing appears on the display. It may change with each key that you press. 2. Enter the whole word before editing or deleting the keystrokes. 3. When the word displays correctly, go to step 4.
