Phone Password The Phone Lock feature uses the phone password to protect your phone against unauthorized use. The phone password is supplied with the phone and is preset to "00000000" at the factory. To activate/deactivate the Phone Lock feature change the phone password See "Phone Lock (Menu 4.5.3)" on page 83. "Change Password (Menu 4.5.4)" on page 83. PIN The Personal Identification Number or PIN (4 to 8 digits) protects your SIM card against unauthorized use. It is usually supplied with the SIM card. The default PIN is 1111. If you enter an incorrect PIN three times in succession, the code is disabled and cannot be used until you enter Access Codes 121

1. If necessary, switch off the phone by holding down .	19
