Operations Your dual loading washer features upper and the lower washers for your convenience. The upper washer is an automatic tub loader that is designed to wash relatively small loads while the lower washer is a drum loader that takes care of normal or relatively heavy loads. The main panel is divided into 2 independent control panels. The status bar shows current cycle information and estimated time remaining, or an information code if the upper washer needs to be checked. Press to toggle between two different water temperature options. • Warm: Colorfast items. • Cold: Brightly colored, very lightly soiled items. Use to add an additional rinse at the end of the cycle to remove laundry additives more thoroughly. Use to clean dirt and bacteria from the tub. Regular use (after every 20 washes) is recommended. No detergent or bleach is needed. Make sure the tub is empty. After connecting the upper washer to your home network using the Samsung Smart Home app, you can control the washer remotely.
