YP-T10J Firmware Upgrade Instructions Note: Before upgrading the firmware on your YP-T10J, make sure the battery has sufficient power so that it will not power off during the upgrade. This may potentially cause damage to the device. 1. Go to http://www.samsung.com and click support > download center 2. Enter your model number in the "search by model number" field and click [search]. 3. Click the [firmware tab] below the image of the YP-T10. 4. Click the zip file for the latest firmware version available and save the zip file to your Desktop. 5. Right Click the Windows [Start] Button and select [Explore]. Windows Explorer opens up
