Supported audio sound signals • Type: Linear PCM (2ch)*1, AAC*2, Dolby Digital sampling frequency: 48kHz / 44.1kHz / 32kHz *1 Only Linear PCM is supported (INPUT 7) during viewing 8K video. *2 Since digital broadcasting makes efficient use of limited radio waves, videos or sounds are compressed before being transmitted. AAC is an audio compression format that is used in digital broadcasting, and that, in spite of a high compression ratio, can achieve high sound quality and even support multi-channel audio (5.1 channel surround, etc.). NOTE • If a device that is not HDMI CEC compatible is connected to the monitor, it may turn on and off, or switch channels on its own. In this case, set "CEC control" to "Off". (page 3-31) 5-14
