Side markings indicate ⅛" and ¼" in front of and behind the needle hole for ease in starting and stopping and perfection in pivoting of corners. 1. Snap the ¼" Foot with Guide onto the machine. 2. Select the straight stitch and center needle position. 3. Place the fabric under the presser foot with the fabrics edge along the guide. 4.
