Calling Emergency calls Your device supports international emergency numbers, for example, 112 or 911. You can normally use these numbers to make emergency calls in any country, with or without the SIM card inserted if you are within range of a network. To make an emergency call 1 From your Home screen, tap . 2 Find and tap Phone. 3 Enter the emergency number and tap Call. To delete a number, tap . You can make emergency calls when no SIM card is inserted or when outgoing calls are barred. To make an emergency call while the SIM card is locked 1 Tap Emergency call. 2 Enter the emergency number and tap Call. To delete a number, tap . Making calls You can make a call by manually dialing a phone number, by tapping a number saved in your contact list, or by tapping the phone number in your call log view.
