Additional Information The disc tray does not open and you cannot remove the disc even after you press Z. , While the player is turned on, press x STOP, HOME, and then TOP MENU button on the remote to unlock the tray and disable the Child Lock (page 11). , Try the following: 1Turn the player off, and disconnect the AC adaptor. 2Reconnect the AC adaptor while pressing down Z on the player. 3Keep pressing down Z on the player until the tray opens. 4Remove the disc. 5Disconnect and reconnect the AC adaptor again to recover the player.
