Step 2: Charging the battery pack (continued) To remove a battery pack Slide the BATT release button in the direction of the arrow while pressing down the Projection in the center of the BATT release button (), slide the battery pack towards the back of your camcorder, then remove the battery pack (). To use an outside power source Make the same connections as you do when charging the battery pack. The battery pack will not lose its charge in this case.
