You cannot charge the battery pack installed on the camcorder. • The POWER switch is not set to OFF (CHG). c Set it to OFF (CHG). • The AC power adaptor is not connected to a wall outlet. c Connect it to a wall outlet. When you set the POWER switch to VCR or OFF (CHG), if you move your camcorder, you may hear a clattering sound from inside your camcorder. • This is because some functions use a linear mechanism.
