Symptom Your camera cannot perform enlarged playback. You cannot display a print (DPOF) mark. Cause • Enlarged playback is not available for files created or processed using other devices. • You cannot display print (DPOF) marks on movies. Solution - - Deleting images Symptom Your camera cannot delete an image. You have deleted an image by mistake. Cause • You are using a "Memory Stick Duo" with a write-protect switch, and the switch is set to LOCK. • Once you have deleted an image, you cannot restore it. Solution p Set it to the recording position (page 82). p When you are using a "Memory Stick Duo" with a write-protect switch, the switch will prevent you from deleting images by mistake (page 82). Computers Symptom Cause You do not know if the OS of - your computer is compatible. You cannot install the USB - driver. Solution p Check "Recommended computer environment" (pages 53 and 64). p In Windows 2000, log on as Administrator (authorized Administrator) (page 53). 70
