Sound Adjustment Adjusting the sound Reinforcing the bass sound - DBFB You can listen to music with stronger bass tones. Press DBFB* on the remote. "DBFB" appears and the bass is reinforced. Each time you press the button, the display changes cyclically as follows: DBFB NORMAL t DBFB HIGH t DBFB OFF (off) * DBFB: Dynamic Bass Feedback Tip DBFB is factory set to on. Enjoying the powerful sound - GROOVE/V-GROOVE You can reinforce the bass and create a more powerful sound. The GROOVE setting is ideal for music sources, and the V-GROOVE setting is ideal for video sources (movies, VCDs, etc.). Press GROOVE on the remote. Each time you press the button, the display changes cyclically as follows: GROOVE ON t V-GROOVE ON t GROOVE OFF (off) Tip GROOVE and V-GOOVE are factory set to on. Selecting the sound effect The preset music menu lets you select the sound characteristics according to the sound you are listening to. Selecting the effect from the music menu Press PRESET EQ repeatedly to select the preset you want. The preset name appears in the display. See the chart "Sound effect options". To cancel the effect Press PRESET EQ repeatedly until "FLAT" appears. Sound effect options "SUR" appears if you select an effect with surround effects.
