Chapter 7 Video Card The video card occupies slot No. 4 (AGP slot). The video card has two ports: a standard VGA-style port, and a DVI port. The VGA-style port is a standard 15-pin high-density VGA-style port on the rear bracket. The DVI port is a 24-pin DVI port that can be attached to a Sony XGA LCD panel (PCVA-15XD2), which uses a DVI connector cable (sold separately). The DVI port can also be connected to any other DVIequipped LCD/VGA monitor. You can physically connect both a VGA and an LCD monitor at the same time. However, you cannot use both monitors at the same time. If you operate only one monitor to the system, the system automatically detects which monitor is connected.
