Advanced information Click the Advanced button on the Wireless Palette to display advanced information about the Access Point. 1. Wireless Status Ite m Encryption ON/OFF Communication Rate Channel 2. De s cription Displays w hether encryption mode is enabled/disabled. Displays the w ireless communication rate. Displays the channel number. 3. WAN Displays information about the Access Point. This information varies depending on the Connection Mode of the Access Point. Ite m De s cription Phone Number Connection Speed Connected Time Traffic IP Address Displays the telephone number. Displays the connection speed of your modem to the ISP. Displays the length of time the Access Point is connected to the ISP.* Displays the amount of data exchanged in bytes. IN indicates the amount of data received; OUT indicates the am Displays the IP address assigned to the Access Point. * If your access to the Access Point has already established a dial-up connection to the ISP, the correct connected time may not be displayed. 4.
