To erase the entire list at once You can erase the entire list at once only when all the data has become "OLD" data. If there is any "NEW" data, you cannot erase the entire list. 1 Display any Caller ID data. SMITH JOHN 2 Press (SELECT). DIAL PGM ERASE 3 Make "ERASE" flash using the Jog lever, then press (SELECT).
