About My TV My TV enables you to watch, play, and record your favorite TV programs. Use the remote control to pause, play, rewind, fast forward, stop, or record live TV. From the My TV window, you can perform many tasks, such as:  Download current TV program guide listings from the Internet1  Record a single TV program or a program series  Watch TV programs on a full screen or inset window  Search your local TV guide by category, title, or keyword  Set your TV viewing or recording preferences As you watch live TV programming, Media Center continuously captures 30 minute increments of the program. This enables you to rewind, replay, and fast forward in a TV program.
