The Function Menu The Function menu is used for setting various functions of the projector. Setting items Audio Output Vol. Smart APA CC Display Lamp Mode Lamp Timer Reset Background*2 Start Up Image Description The higher the setting, the higher an audio level output from the audio output terminal. The lower the setting, the lower the audio level. On/Off; When set to "On," executes APA automatically when a signal is input.*1 CC1/CC2/CC3/CC4/Text1/Text2/Text3/Text4: Select the closed caption service (Captions or Text). Off: Closed caption does not appear. High/Standard: When set to "High," the image becomes brighter, and power consumption becomes higher. When replacing the lamps, resets the lamp timer (page 45). Blue/Black/Image: Sets the background for when there is no input signal. When set to "Image," the Start Up Image is displayed. On/Off: When set to "On," the Start Up Image is displayed on the screen upon startup of the projector. Notes *1: Executes APA when a computer signal is input via the RGB input terminal (INPUT A, INPUT B). *2: When using the Twin Picture display mode and there is no input signal, the background will be black if you set this item to "Image" (VPL-FH31). 26 The Function Menu
