11 Switching the Pressure Washer On and Off 10.2 Resetting the GFCI To reset the GFCI: 2 3 1 English Before switching on: ► Make sure you have a secure and firm footing. ► Stand upright. ► Always hold and operate the pressure washer with one hand firmly on the spray gun and your other hand firmly on the spray lance. Always hold the pressure washer with two hands in this manner. To switch the pressure washer on: 0000-GXX-B524-A0 0000-GXX-5305-A0 ► If depressing the TEST button has interrupted the current and the red indicator plate inside the window (2) is no longer visible, depress the RESET button (3). The indicator plate should become visible again. ► If the indicator plate is not visible after depressing the RESET button, the GFCI is not working. Disconnect the pressure washer from the power supply and have it inspected by an authorized STIHL servicing dealer before further use. 11 Switching the Pressure Washer On and Off 11.1 Switching On WARNING Never operate your pressure washer if it is damaged, improperly adjusted or maintained, not completely and securely assembled or not functioning properly, @ 5.5. Resetting the GFCI
To reset the GFCI:
If depressing the TEST button has interrupted the current
and the red indicator plate inside the window (2) is no
longer visible, depress the RESET button (3).
The indicator plate should become visible again.
If the indicator plate is not visible after depressing the
RESET button, the GFCI is not working. Disconnect the
pressure washer from the power supply and have it
inspected by an authorized STIHL servicing dealer before
further use.
