TRENDnet User's Guide TEW-726EC Wireless Utility Overview Profile Management Window This window allows you to create and edit preconfigured wireless network profiles. You can create and manage the created profiles for home, work or public areas. Wireless Network Profile List When connecting to available networks, they are automatically saved to the profile list. Wireless Network Profile Order The buttons allow you to set the priority order in which to connect to your network profiles, top entry being first. If you lose connectivity to a currently connected network, the wireless adapter will automatically attempt to connect to network profiles defined in the list in order starting from the top. If the network in the first profile is unavailable after an undefined number of retries, then the adapter will move on to the next profile defined. New This allows you to manually add a new wireless network profile to the list. Properties This allows you to modify the settings of an existing wireless network profile such as security settings. You must first select an existing profile in the list to modify. Information This section displays general information about the selected wireless network profile. You must first select an existing profile in the list to view any information. Remove This allows you to remove an existing wireless network profile in the list. You must first select an existing profile in the list to remove. Connect This allows you to manually connect to an existing wireless network profile in the list regardless of the order set. Wireless Utility Overview
Profile Management Window
This window allows you to create and edit preconfigured wireless network profiles. You can create and manage the created profiles for home, work or public areas.
Wireless Network Profile Order
The buttons allow you to set the priority
order in which to connect to your
network profiles, top entry being first.
If you lose connectivity to a currently
connected network, the wireless
