Communication Software Netwaiting and Classic Phone Tools included on the CD-ROM are optional software programs. You do not have to use these two software programs with your new modem. Netwaiting allows you to manage incoming/outgoing telephone communication while connecting to the Internet over a single phone line (Call-waiting service is required).
