REPLACING THE BULBS ṇ CAUTION: Avoid risk of electric shock. 1. Switch off the hood and unplug the power cord, or switch off the electrical power supply at the main fuse box. ṇ CAUTION: Avoid risk of burns. Halogen bulbs become very hot and remain hot for some time after being switched off. 2. Remove the bulb ring with a screwdriver or similar tool. 3. Replace the halogen light bulb (conventional halogen bulb, 12 volts, 20 watts max., G4 bulb socket). IMPORTANT: Grasp bulb with a clean cloth before inserting bulb into bulb socket. 4. Reattach the bulb ring. 5. Restore the power by plugging in the power cord or switching on the fuse or circuit breaker. Note: If the light does not work, make sure the bulbs have been inserted correctly.
