Picture Settings To select the brightness Press BRIGHT on the Remote Control to adjust the brightness. You have three selections to choose from: DARK NORMAL BRIGHT Minimum Brightness Normal Brightness Maximum Brightness To select the picture mode Press PICTURE on the Remote Control. You have four selections to choose from: DYNAMIC MILD THEATER USER There are different setting parameters for DYNAMIC, MILD, THEATER and USER mode as described in the following table: PARAMETER BRIGHTNESS CONTRAST COLOR SHARPNESS TINT DYNAMIC 50 100 50 3 0 MODE MILD THEATER 50 50 80 40 50 50 3 3 0 0 USER (factory setting) 50 100 50 3 0 Notes: • If you adjust the parameters of the picture setting in DYNAMIC, MILD, or THEATER mode, these parameters will be saved in USER mode automatically. • If you adjust the picture settings parameters in USER mode, these parameters will be saved in USER mode automatically. • The default picture setting mode is DYNAMIC. To adjust the picture quality To adjust the BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST, COLOR, SHARPNESS, TINT, and BACKLIGHT settings individually, do the following: 1. Press MENU and press VOL - or + to select . 2. Press CH S or T to scroll either up or down to find the function you need to adjust. 3. Press VOL - or + to adjust the selected function. 4. Press MENU to return. [ 50] [ 100] [ 50] [ 3] [ 0] ADJUST When you have finished adjusting your settings, press MENU to exit. BRIGHTNESS [ 50] MENU RETURN Note: All settings except BACKLIGHT are specific to AV1, AV2, and TV modes. For example: BRIGHTNESS may be set to 80 in AV1 but 60 in AV2 Mode.
