Connecting your TV Connecting two VCRs This connection allows you to record (dub/edit) from VCR1 to VCR2 while watching a videotape. You also can record from one TV channel with VCR1 while watching another TV channel. You will need: • two coaxial cables • two sets of standard A/V cables From Antenna VCR1 (plays) IN from ANT OUT to TV CH 3 CH 4 VIDEO AUDIO L R IN OUT TV upper back panel TV lower back panel Note: If you have VCRs with S-video, use S-video cables instead of standard video cables for better picture performance. Do not connect the same VCR to the output and input jacks on the TV at the same time. To dub or edit, VCR 2 must select LINE IN, and the TV must select VIDEO 1. You will need: • one set of standard A/V cables Camcorder S-VIDEO VIDEO AUDIO OUT L R TV side panel (VIDEO-2 IN) Note: If you have a camcorder with S-video, you can use an S-video cable instead of a standard video cable for better picture performance. Plug the S-video and standard audio cables into the "VIDEO-1 IN" inputs on the upper back panel of the TV instead of the inputs on the side panel. 14
