28 If you need further assistance Problem(s) Solution(s) The Toshiba Drive Setup window does not appear when I connect the drive to my computer. The Setup window displays each time you connect the drive to your computer with a USB cable, until you have activated all of the applications or until you select the "Do not show the Setup window next time" checkbox. To access the Setup window again after disabling it: 1. Make sure the drive is connected to the computer with a USB cable (not an eSATA cable). 2. In My Computer or Computer, right-click the Virtual CD icon and select Open. 3. Double-click the Launch Setup icon. When I leave my computer idle for a while and come back, the drive will not work properly. Your computer may have gone into Sleep/Standby mode. Touch any key or move the mouse to wake up the computer. You can change the Sleep/Standby mode settings in your computer's Power Options found in the Control Panel.
